VDU EYE TESTS
If you use a computer screen (VDU) regularly at work, you may be entitled to help from your employer. This involves funding eye tests at regular intervals and providing spectacles, if required specifically for VDU use.
At Eric Mercer's, we examine all VDU users according to recommended Association of Optometrists’ guidelines. This includes a full assessment of eye health as well as a test of vision. We will also take time to give practical advice on how to avoid eye strain and fatigue when using a VDU.
